General terms of sale — Online shop

1. Scope

These terms govern online sales between S.G. Coiffure and any consumer purchasing for personal use.

2. Products and prices

Essential product information appears on each product page. Prices are in euros including applicable French VAT. S.G. Coiffure may change prices; the price charged is the one shown when you place the order.

3. Order and payment

The order is confirmed once payment is accepted by our provider (Revolut). You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery and pickup

Delivery: shipping to mainland France; indicative lead times are communicated after ordering. Shipping costs depend on total cart weight according to the tiers shown at checkout.

Salon pickup: free; you will be notified when your order is ready for collection at the salon address (see the website Contact page).

5. Right of withdrawal

Under consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, except where the law excludes it (e.g. unsealed hygiene items). Custom-made bracelets and jewellery may be excluded once production has started with your agreement.

6. Warranties

Products benefit from legal conformity and hidden-defect warranties. For claims, use the contact details on the website.

7. Personal data

Data collected is used to process orders and manage the customer relationship. Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification and erasure.

8. Mediation

In case of dispute, we will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. You may use a consumer mediator free of charge as provided by applicable law.
